To Our Service Customers

1.  Customer is hereby notified that the said property is not insured or protected to the actual amount cash value thereof, or otherwise, against loss occassioned by theft, fire, or vandalism while the property remains with the repair facility.

2.  Customer states no articles of personal property have been left in the vehicle and the repair facility is not responsible for the inspection thereof.

3.  The repair facility is not responsible for unavailability or delay in shipment of parts beyond the repair facilities control.

4.  The Customer shall pay for services rendered within 10 calendar days of the date of the completion. 

5.  Should the Customer fail to pay the full amount specified in any invoice within 10 calendar days of the completion a late fee equal to $10.00 shall be added to the amount due for the first 10 calendar days after completion. After 10 days a $250.00 storage fee will be assessed per week until the services are paid in full and the vehicle is picked up by the Client. Vehicles will be released only when services are paid in full and only during regular business hours.
 6.  Prices are subject to change based on each individual job and extent of work that needs to be completed.
